are owned by TestPrep or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• •Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified
• •Payment is due at the time of purchase
• •We accept payment through various methods as displayed at checkout
• •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Account Termination

User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

Platform Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold TestPrep harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
